Office Specialist

Overview This position serves as the front office point of contact for business ancillary service locations and is responsible to ensure timely and accurate responses to the client requests. Individual is responsible for the clinical administrative functions of patient intake, scheduling, and registration, and clinic-based activities required to ensure accurate billing and claims. Responsibilities Manage front desk through excellent customer service with the ability to multitask, including working in two simultaneous practice management systems Facilitate patient scheduling, intake, and check‑in processes Complete benefit verifications in a timely and accurate manner Ensure charges and documentation are completed on time and delivered to the client Collect point of service (e.g., copay) Keep clinic stocked appropriately as needed Qualifications Minimum Education Required: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum Experience Required: 1 or more years in an administrative position Preferred Experience: Previous health care office experience, previous medical billing and coding, knowledge of benefit verification and authorization Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to communicate effectively and professionally Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Bilingual language skills in some clinics preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Ati-Physical-Therapy
