Customer Service Coordinator IIThe Customer Service Representative position is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers in a professional manner. Handle incoming calls with the objective of one-call resolution. Facilitate and resolve issues with discrepancies and/or customer complaints to ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Responsible for auditing company service programs to ensure compliance with 100% follow-up through customer callbacks.Job Responsibilities:Demonstrates active, personal, daily involvement, visibility, open-mindedness, and professionalism to Support Services, staff, internal and external customers, and suppliers.Maintains required departmental records, reports, and files in accordance with established policies and procedures while obtaining processes and distributing reports in a timely manner.Call and process electronic or telephone orders/requests.Phones/Customer ServiceCheck Market Center general email boxPrepare ship route for processing (printing, posting)Service call backService DispatchPlace work order for service callsProcess refundsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
