Unload the trailer and set up the work site for the day. Work with and along side the Deck Tech to produce a great deck project and provide an amazing experience for the customer from start to finish. Clean and pack up job site, log work for the day on provided iPad, plan ahead for materials needed, send an update to customer and punch out by 3:30. Responsibilities and Duties Customer Service Direct and professional interaction with customer Continuous customer communication Strive for a 5 star review on all projects Quality Maintain a quality standard outlined by Premier Deck Schedule Complete projects on time or ahead of schedule 3 day look ahead for materials Update Daily Job Log Update Production Task List Organization Job Site must be clean and orderly Clean and organized trailer Maintain a stocked trailer Production Able to work with Deck Tech and produce approximately. 200 square feet of deck per week Requirements and Qualifications Valid driver's license Basic hand tools Ability to lift 80 pounds Benefits and Pay Pay range of $25-$30 Company Truck After 3 months Clean driving record required Competitive pay 40 hour weeks Year round work Paid Week off between Christmas and New Year's Heath Care Reimbursement Winter Clothing Allowance Tool Allowance Application Process Please click the link below
