Global IT Help Desk Coordinator

Conservation International

Conservation International in Arlington, VA, is seeking an IT/Help Desk Coordinator to be the frontline support for our global staff. You will handle first- and second-tier tickets, diagnose hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac, and support Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. You will deploy laptops, maintain the MDM platform, contribute to knowledge bases, runbooks, and ensure SLA adherence while collaborating with teams across cultures and time zones. #J-18808-Ljbffr Conservation International
