Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the Bridgewater, MA area.

What You'll Do

As a Home Care COTA , you'll work under the supervision of a Registered Occupational Therapist to provide individualized occupational therapy services in patients' homes.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

Need to have:

* Current Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy (COTA) license

* Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience

* Afternoon availability

Nice to Have:

* Previous home care experience

* Monday-Friday availability
