AI Solutions Architect

Salary: $100,100 - 185,900 per year Requirements:

• We prefer a Juris Doctor (JD) from a top law school
• We look for at least 2 years of experience at a leading law firm or top legal department
• We need expertise in transactional legal work, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets or securities, credit or finance, or other corporate transactions
• We value hands-on experience with generative AI applications and a solid understanding of large language model architecture and how it operates
• We require substantial use of online legal research and practice tools for corporate attorneys
• We need strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and produce clear documentation, learning materials, and persuasive presentations for non-technical audiences
• We value creativity, curiosity, and a growth mindset, with the ability to simplify ambiguity, test ideas, and learn from setbacks
• We expect current awareness of emerging AI research, industry developments, and thoughtful perspective on risks, opportunities, and societal impact
• We consider prior experience at a technology company or within the industry an advantage
• We consider an interest in finance or economics an advantage
• We consider advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills an advantage
• We consider programming experience an advantage, though this is not a development role

• We work directly with transactional attorneys to advise on how our platform, data, and insights can be applied to live and historical transactions
• We provide technical guidance throughout the customer journey, including scoping AI use cases, shaping solution design, demonstrating capabilities, and supporting implementation and optimization
• We help customers strengthen AI adoption strategies and deploy solutions, while capturing feedback to inform product strategy and the roadmap
• We contribute to model training and quality assurance by translating subject-matter expertise into layered AI systems
• We create documentation, use cases, and workflows that strengthen internal knowledge sharing and applied AI best practices
• We help drive measurable outcomes through higher AI adoption, stronger customer satisfaction, and greater internal AI maturity
• We contribute to thought leadership through customer-facing content, events, and advisory boards
• We pursue self-directed initiatives that support Customer Success goals and promote innovation
