Associate Attorney

Job Summary Creditor's Rights law firm seeks an Associate Attorney for our Nevada practice. Licensure required with admission to the Nevada Bar. This State Level Attorney will attend court, sign pleadings, settle cases, and perform various assigned attorney tasks. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of litigation, be ready for dynamic legal challenges, and be open to work‑related travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ability to manage a case from complaint to satisfaction. Review correspondence, files to determine suitability, review answers, prepare and draft discovery and dispositive motions, and all aspects of conducting trial. Knowledgeable in post‑judgment remedies including attachment and garnishment. Familiar with state and federal consumer laws and keep abreast of changes. Required Skills / Abilities Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public. Represent clients in pre‑suit and post‑judgment matters; attend court hearings when required. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and organize high volumes of information. Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment. Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm. Education and Experience A JD and bar admission in Nevada. 1 to 3 years of experience as a civil or criminal litigation attorney or judicial clerkship. Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment. Preferred Experience in creditor’s rights litigation. Multistate bar admissions. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Frequently required to talk or hear, use hand to type, handle, or touch objects. Regularly required to stand and walk, and may be required to stop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities. Work Environment The position will be located in our Las Vegas, Nevada office with the potential for hybrid. Schedule 8‑hour shift with flexibility to meet business needs. Job Type Full‑time. Pay $110,000 to $120,000 per year.
