Job Description Order Management Representative (Murrysville, PA) Your role: Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and order requests through phone, chat, email, and other communication channels. Provide timely, professional support while resolving issues and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Process customer orders with accuracy through electronic systems and data entry, while handling questions related to products, services, and account information. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment. Build strong relationships with customers and field sales representatives by providing responsive support and proactive communication. Anticipate customer needs and help drive positive outcomes. Maintain accuracy and quality by following established procedures, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with strong attention to detail. Work collaboratively within the Order Management team while managing responsibilities independently with minimal supervision. Support Durable Medical Equipment (DME) order processing across the U.S. and Canada, with a primary focus on U.S. customers. You're the right fit if: You have a high school diploma or vocational education; an associate degree or higher is preferred. You've acquired 1+ years of customer service experience; call center experience is preferred. Your skills include strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong technical acumen, and excellent computer skills, along with the ability to efficiently navigate multiple technical platforms simultaneously while adapting to change with ease. Skills in troubleshooting and providing technical support are preferred. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in Murrysville, PA is $18.00 to $28.00. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
