We are looking for an Account Manager at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO. The salary range for this role is $60,000-65,000.

Job Summary- Audio Visual Account Manager

The Account Manager will prospect new clients for national business opportunities while maintaining a business relationship with existing clients to encourage repeat business. They will be responsible for providing estimated budgets that support the client's vision while maintaining a profitability threshold of 45% for each event, while working to reach the annual revenue performance goals established by INSPIRE.

Summary of Essential Job Functions- Account Manager

• Contact national sales lead sources, including, but not limited to: Convention and Visitors Bureau's calendar, Internet searches, invoicing.
• Monitor in-market client lists to ensure information is kept up to date.
• Operate seamlessly with both Sales and Operations.
• Demonstrate evidence of organization and accountability in the position.
• Uphold excellent customer service skills under pressure.
• Articulate in communicating ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely.
• Maintain grooming to company standards and the standards of our clients.
• Maintain excellence in customer service, organization, and problem-solving.
• Establish credit accounts for events invoicing over $10,000.
• Work with Accounts Receivable on invoicing.
• Create Credit Memos when appropriate.
• Complete a Job Cost on all events invoicing over $5,000 pre-tax.
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
