Sr Program Specialist

Overview As a Sr Program Specialist at Honeywell Aerospace, you will drive the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. You will complete fair and reasonable price analyses, execute program-aligned subcontracts, and collaborate with key functions within and outside of ISC to support FAR15 proposals and subcontracts. The role involves Earned Value Management to drive PP&C for program success. This role requires a detailed understanding of the DoD procurement lifecycle, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Lead and manage the execution of complex programs and projects Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful program delivery Monitor and track program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance Strong negotiation skills and processes Ability to independently lead multiple projects simultaneously Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Technical discipline Earned Value Management (EVM) Certification Experience with Embedded GPS/INS (EGI) Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Experience with SAP or similar procurement systems Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry Significant experience managing subcontracts (FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.) Ability to negotiate terms and conditions Experience with executing subcontracts Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
