Principal Program Planner

To support program excellence, the full-time Principal Program Planner will develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), conduct schedule risk analyses, and ensure compliance across functional groups in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline Provide actionable schedule performance analysis to project teams and leadership Conduct independent schedule assessments to identify risks and opportunities Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in Program/Master Planning and Scheduling with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in DoD Program Planning and Critical Path methodology (CPM) using Microsoft Project Knowledge of US Government schedule policies and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements Experience in developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program baselines and proposals Ability to perform and present detailed Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs)
