Latitude is seeking a corporate associate with 4-6 years of transactional finance experience to work with a dynamic firm in Miami, Florida. This is an opportunity to work on a wide variety of sophisticated transactions with a focus on aviation finance. This is an immediate need. Basic Requirements For The Commercial Contracts Attorney 4+ years of law firm experience with an Am Law, leading regional or boutique firm Demonstrated experience in corporate finance, a bonus if the experience has been directly related to aircraft purchases, sales, leasing and financing Experience in asset based lending, equipment leasing, structured finance and who have an interest in an aviation focused practice Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Licensed to practice law in Florida Outstanding professional references Position Details Of The Commercial Contracts Attorney Type of role: Mid-Level Associate Attorney Schedule: Full-time Location: Miami, Florida Compensation The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 to $250,000. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
