Job Overview A law firm seeks a highly motivated Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience to join their Miami, FL office. Duties Draft and negotiate transaction documents, including asset purchase agreements and stock purchase agreements.Manage complex corporate matters with attention to detail and efficiency.Collaborate with team members on sophisticated legal matters. Requirements 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience.Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.Strong legal research and transactional analysis skills.Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where the candidate will be resident, and in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong technical, professional, and client service skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
