About this Role We are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate or Junior Partner with 6-15 years of experience to join a growing, Florida-rooted AmLaw 200 firm and work directly with practice group leadership on sophisticated transactional matters. This is a high-visibility role at a firm entering an aggressive growth phase, offering a true partnership track and meaningful client interaction without the bureaucracy of larger firms. What You'll Be Doing Handle mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and fund formation matters. Work closely with practice group leadership and the corporate team on complex transactions. Manage general contractual matters for major institutional and corporate clients. Develop your own client relationships with the support of a flexible rate structure. Contribute to the firm's strategic growth plan as a key member of the Miami corporate group. Key Requirements 6-15 years of relevant corporate/M&A experience (private equity experience is a plus). Admitted to the Florida Bar. Strong academic credentials or equivalent top-firm experience (a combination of both is ideal). Stable career history with no excessive job hopping. Experience at a reputable firm (AmLaw 200 or well-known regional firm preferred). Experience in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate transactions. Experience with joint ventures or fundraising/fund formation documentation. Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with the ability to thrive without heavy management oversight. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami. Florida ties or connections are preferred.
