Forklift Battery Technician

Ultra Care TechnicianThe Ultra Care Technician is responsible for watering, cleaning, conducting minor repairs, and maintaining electric batteries and battery chargers in a timely and efficient manner while providing outstanding customer service. Applicant will be working with little to no direct supervision therefore, needs to demonstrate honesty, dependability, time management, and critical decision making abilities.Responsibilities:Ensure work orders are properly filled outConvey all information in an intelligent and professional manner to the proper contact at the customer's location to ensure customer satisfactionOperate a company vehicle, keep in good working order, and maintain accountability for vehicle's inventoryOperate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner while commutingEnsure and maintain outstanding communication with Service and Management on any customer related issuesMaintain and account for all company assigned propertyMaintain and keep a valid driver's license and record cleanAbility to operate a fork lift or pallet jackPractice safety and good housekeeping practices at customer site while representing Motive EnergyRepresent Motive Energy in an a professional manner in accordance with company StandardsPPE is required and will be providedExperience with shop and hand toolsForklift experience and or certificationAbility to define problems and draw valid conclusions on the repairs that need to be performedCritical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and decision making abilityAbility to deal with difficult situations and maintain positive attitudeAbility to prioritize and multi task between service callsMust be detail oriented when conducting administrative tasks and paperworkPays $25/hour #MCTA1
