Inside Sales Producer – Personal Lines (Wilmington, MA) We are seeking an Inside Sales Producer to join our Personal Lines team at the Wilmington, MA office on a hybrid work schedule. The role focuses on generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales goals in accordance with HUB policies. Responsibilities Generate new business & build relationships with existing and future customers. Meet annual sales goals set by management. Review client coverage, exposure, and pricing; communicate recommendations promptly. Maintain knowledge of all available products to enhance sales ability. Negotiate favorable coverages and rates for clients. Maintain open communication with lead source generators. Stay current on underwriting requirements and policy provisions. Keep abreast of industry trends through journals, newsletters, and educational classes. Prepare required reports for management. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager. Qualifications Experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency. Thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets. Experience with an automated agency management system. Active Producer license or ability to obtain license within six months of start date. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Team‑orientated and able to work collaboratively.
