Job Title: Dental Hygiene Assistant 

Location: Quincy, IL  

Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Hygienist and Dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.

• Prepare and maintain clinical areas, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.

• Take and process dental X-rays. Complete digital scans as needed. 

• Keep the operatories organized and patient ready for an exceptional experience 

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions.

• Manage sterilization and infection control protocols. 

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. 

• Support the team with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

What we are looking for........ 

• At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred, but we welcome eager and motivated individuals who are willing to learn on the job too! 

•A motivated, positive team player

• Exceptional organizational skills  

• Strong communication and interpersonal relationship building skills  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Hardworking and dependable 

• Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental  terminology with patients is a plus 

• Willingness to go above and beyond assisting our patients in accordance with the training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service!
