Retail Sales Lead & Team Coach

LOFT

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Mishawaka, Indiana to mentor associates and model exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to master store operations and be prepared to step in as manager when needed. You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, maintain brand standards, and drive a customer-focused, profitable environment using available tools.
