Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on sales and leadership. Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing sales teams. In-depth understanding of the Warrenton, VA local market and its unique insurance landscape. Advanced proficiency in agency management software and performance tracking tools.
