Job Description
The Trash Collector is responsible for collecting and removing trash and recyclable materials throughout the facility while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Collect trash and recyclables from designated areas
• Transport waste materials to dumpsters or disposal areas
• Replace trash liners and clean waste containers
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse and common areas
• Operate cleaning equipment safely when required
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with additional cleaning duties as assigned
• Report safety hazards or maintenance concerns to supervisors
Requirements
- Previous janitorial, warehouse, or sanitation experience
- Must have a valid driver license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs or more
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work for extended periods
- Dependable and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work in a warehouse environment
Pay Rate
$16.00 hourly
Schedule
Third Shift: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM
Monday – Friday
