Job Overview Personal Lines Account Executive – Houston, TX. The role collaborates with producers to write new business and retain existing clients. Responsibilities include evaluating clients’ insurance programs, providing coverage recommendations, managing service timelines and client relationships, and driving retention and growth. Responsibilities Primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients. Act as a trusted risk advisor; evaluate evolving lifestyles, assets, and exposures to develop tailored insurance strategies. Lead annual and ongoing coverage reviews, providing consultative guidance and strategic recommendations. Build and maintain carrier relationships, leveraging partnerships for best‑in‑class coverage solutions. Coordinate a white‑glove service model, ensuring seamless execution of policy changes, renewals, and client requests. Collaborate with producers and internal teams to support client retention and portfolio growth, including cross‑sell opportunities. Resolve complex coverage questions and service issues, ensuring timely, client‑centric outcomes. Monitor industry trends, carrier appetite, and emerging risks, translating insights into client advice. Licenses & Certifications Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Professional designation preferred. Valid driver’s license; occasional travel required. Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years of relevant experience; high school diploma or GED. Excellent written and verbal communication with strong client service skills. Superior presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, and regulations. Strong analytical skills, including calculation of discounts, commissions, and percentages.
