Warehouse Associate

Job Description Job Description Location: Sharonville, OH Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM Pay Rate: $16.50 - $17.50/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced, growth-oriented company. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by handling medication inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining an organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming boxes of medications
Organize and store products efficiently
Accurately pick and fill orders
Pack and prepare shipments for distribution
Maintain warehouse organization and track inventory
Meet productivity goals (75 items/hour; 500 items/shift)

Required Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience
High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

Additional warehouse or inventory experience

Soft Skills

Strong organizational skills
Reliable and ready to work
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
