Intake Analyst

Our client, a distinguished law firm, is seeking an Intake Analyst to join their team. This position is hybrid with 3 days a week at their wonderful Manhattan office. Job Responsibilities Create and maintain cost exceptions and restricted matter worklists Handle edits for costs and resolve cost errors Ensure all required documentation is received from incoming clients Maintain log of action items needed from attorneys and secretaries Ensure timekeepers are added to worklists by reviewing weekly reports Generate reports of client information for firm-wide distribution Assist with other intake related projects Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2-4 years’ experience preferably in a big law firm Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of 3E/Access is preferred Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and follow-up skills Excellent attention to detail Salary Range $70,000 - $85,000 based on experience Gainor provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender (including gender identity and expression), age, national origin, immigration status, marital or familial status, citizenship status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, genetic information, reproductive health decision making, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic or status protected under applicable federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gainor
