Work Location: This position can be based in Auburn, WA or Salem, OR, with the final work location determined based on the selected candidate's preference. What You Will Do Administrative position in Credit Services Group assisting in the daily functions and operations of the department. Answering phones, data entry and customer service. Setting up job accounts, processing lien notices and lien releases, providing trade references. Process credit applications, setting up new accounts, and customer file maintenance. Possible light collections. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring Some accounts receivable, collections and/or sales tax related experience preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills, intermediate skill level on MS Word and Excel. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and team oriented. Excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize. Ability to handle a different range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to work independently and team oriented. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Office environment. Heavy phone and computer use. Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday, however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required. Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance. Additional Requirements Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship. Salary & Compensation This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime. Pay is $18/hour - $20/hour, DOE.
