• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions.
• Collaborate as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
• Ensure the achievement of department objectives through effective treatment strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Provide support and guidance to patients during their treatment journey.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of treatment plans and patient outcomes.
