Human Resources Generalist, Leaves of Absence (Position ID: 11505) Location: District Service Center Position Type: UNAFFILIATED Level: 2 Salary Range: $68,557 - $83,494 Position Description The Leave of Absence Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration of employee leave programs within the district, including those governed by federal law (e.g., FMLA), Minnesota state law (e.g., Minnesota Paid Leave, MN Parental Leave Act), school board policies, and collective bargaining agreements. This position also supports the monitoring of accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and responding to workers' compensation claims. The specialist provides professional and compassionate support to employees throughout the leave process while ensuring Human Resources compliance with all applicable regulations.
