Role Preschool Center Director Salary: $65,000 - $70,000. Responsibilities Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on children and employees; create an environment of trust, rapport, and inclusivity. Ensure that the physical center environment adheres to health and safety SOPs and maintains full compliance with local and state licensing regulations. Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees. Guide teachers in implementing proprietary curriculum, leveraging passion for learning and engaging characters to drive the curriculum. Drive consistent business results: family retention, conversion, enrollment growth, efficient operations; manage A/R and A/P, generate monthly P&L reports, oversee employee payroll. Engage prospective families through in‑person and virtual center tours and organize community marketing events to raise awareness and drive enrollment. Eligibility & Qualifications Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required). State‑specific Administrative or Director credential, and any other state‑specific guidelines for the role. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (highly preferred).
