Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,678–$2,802 per week Guaranteed hours: 0.0 Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 Nights Start date: 10/19/2026 Housing: Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing; consider Basalt, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs (1BR rents around $3,500/month in Basalt) Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care for laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients in an obstetric setting Monitor fetal status and maternal vitals; interpret fetal heart rate patterns; respond to changes per clinical protocols Administer medications, assist with procedures, and support labor and delivery including vaginal and cesarean cases as needed Perform comprehensive nursing assessments; document care in EPIC; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for care planning and discharge planning Educate patients and families on prenatal/postpartum care, newborn care, and breastfeeding support; ensure patient safety and comfort Requirements Active Registered Nurse license in Colorado or ability to obtain prior to start date Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required Basic Life Support (BLS); Neonatal Resuscitation Program Advanced Provider (NRP); Fetal Heart Monitoring Intermediate (FHM); The STABLE Program - STABLE Learner Minimum of 1 year of experience as a perinatal RN Bachelor's (BSN) or Master's (MSN) in Nursing preferred EPIC experience preferred Spanish bilingual preferred Benefits and Support Competitive weekly pay Credentialing and onboarding support Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment 24/7 access to travel support and resources Extension opportunities and ongoing travel assignments Pay Disclaimer Rule Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
