We're backed by a16z speedrun, General Catalyst, and the founders of 23andMe, MyFitnessPal, and Spring Health. We crossed 7-figure ARR profitably , passed 200M+ organic TikTok views , and helped users lose 14,000+ kg . We need an Organic TikTok Marketer who lives and breathes organic distribution: someone to own what's working and scale it, while building the next growth engine . This is an in-person role based in our San Francisco or Seoul office. The Role You’ll own organic growth across TikTok and Instagram. You’ll create and ship content, run experiments, find new angles and formats, and figure out what makes videos blow up and convert . We’ve already generated 200M+ organic social views, and we’re looking for a marketing engine who thinks on their feet: someone who can scale what's working and build what doesn’t exist yet . You’ll report directly to the CEO and work closely with our head of marketing, an ex-YC founder himself. You will: Own and scale organic distribution across TikTok and Instagram Test new formats, hooks, and angles relentlessly Obsess over conversion, not impressions. Make content that sells Find what's working and why, then double down Work directly with the founder on growth strategy You've done this before if: You're a creator. You make content yourself, not just direct others You're a seller. You obsess over conversion, not views. You've run campaigns that sold, not just ones that trended You move fast. Idea to filmed to edited to posted in hours, not days, with no hand-holding You reverse-engineer hits. You can explain why a video worked or flopped, not just that it did You care about the space. Health, wellness, or weight loss genuinely excites you A 1M+ view video that converted (your own organic distribution, not a paid partnership) You break down why content goes viral (a series, threads, whatever) You've run your own ads or a side business (real seller instinct) You've built a following yourself You've worked at an early-stage startup High talent density (4 people) and massive creative ownership Work directly with founders Full US visa support if you are relocating to San Francisco On-site in San Francisco or Seoul.
