Conditioning Room Floor Attendant
The Spokane Club is a membership-based organization where members' happiness is a primary goal for all staff. Employee happiness is also fundamental to us! We offer free club membership to most of our employees upon start, as well as discounted swim lessons, personal training, hotel rooms, and dining experience.
Job Summary:
The Conditioning Room Floor Attendant position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and foster meaningful relationships with club members. Within this role you will be maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the conditioning room floor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fill water dispensers
- Maintain clean cups and cycle out used cups
- Wipe down all exercise mats as needed throughout shift to always keep mats available to members
- Pick up and put back equipment that has been left out
- Clean/wipe workout machines
- Refill hand sanitizer/wipes as needed
- Vacuum/Dust as needed
- Provide professional and friendly help to all members
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED; Some fitness experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- First Aid/CPR/AED certified
- Successfully pass a background check
- Strong customer service skills to create and foster an environment of genuine care for members and guests
- Strong communication skills
- Positive and friendly attitude; takes ownership and pride in job
- Ability to think and act quickly, problem solve, and perform
- Demonstrate competency with and knowledge of technology including software applications
