• Assess patients and develop personalized care plans.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure in the relevant state).
• A strong commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.

The salary range for this position is between $85,000 and $100,000+, which includes productivity incentives. Our benefits package features generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability coverage, and a 401(K) plan with a 4% employer match.
