QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree in related field. Master's degreepreferred. This level is broad and includes intermediate through seniorlevel positions. Incumbents at this level work relativelyindependently and possess the experience to be fully proficient inperforming most or all of the work assignments defined for theirposition. Typically, incumbents have acquired the requisite skillsand knowledge through a combination of education, training, andprogressive work experience to be able to demonstrate competence inindependently applying judgment and nonstandard applications andsystems, solving a wide range of problems, developing practicableand thorough solutions, and using effective communication andlistening skills.
