We have two (2) Full-Time openings at the Lompoc Health Center, one (1) Full-Time opening at the Santa Maria Health Center, one (1) Full-Time opening at the Santa Barbara Health Center, one (1) Full-Time opening at the Franklin Health Center in Santa Barbara, and one (1) Part-Time (72 hours weekly) opening at the Franklin Health Center in Santa Barbara. The County classification title is Staff Nurse.We are also accepting applications to establish one employment list that will be used to fill current and future Full-Time, Part-Time, Extra Help and 1414* vacancies in multiple locations including Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and Lompoc. Enhanced Care Management (ECM) is a new Medi-Cal benefit available to eligible members with complex needs and includes care management of health-related needs, and facilitation with community resources. With general direction from the ECM Nurse Supervisor, the ECM Registered Nurse will support ECM team by managing a small panel of assigned patients with complex medical needs.Maternal Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH): Maternal Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) program works to improve the health and well-being of women, infants, children and adolescents. A Community Health Assessment is completed every five years to understand the health and well-being of the populations served and results are used to develop a local scope of work.
