Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) ABOUT OUR CLIENT:

- Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Accurately document and maintain patient records
- Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians
- Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output
- Provide wound care, injections, and IV management
- Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders
- Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns
- Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
