Attorney

Our client is seeking a contract attorney to handle depositions in plaintiff-side personal injury cases over the next several months.

Responsibilities

• Take depositions in plaintiff-side personal injury cases.
• Handle approximately 5-10 depositions through the end of the year, with additional work likely in January.
• Prepare thoroughly for each deposition, including case and witness review.
• Most depositions will be conducted remotely via Zoom.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Bar license in good standing.
• Solid experience taking depositions in personal injury or civil litigation matters.
• Strong preparation, questioning, and litigation skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle depositions virtually.

Position Details

• Start: November
• Duration: November through December, with potential additional work in January
• Location: Fully remote
• Compensation: Hourly
• Preparation time and deposition time will both be compensated.
• This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Washington attorney seeking flexible contract litigation work without a long-term commitment.
