Senior Billing Analyst

Managing invoicing activities remotely, the full-time Senior Billing Analyst will verify invoice accuracy, resolve billing discrepancies, and lead the work of Billing Analysts while analyzing revenue cycle metrics for improvement opportunities. Key responsibilities Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures Lead and review the work of Billing Analysts, providing guidance to enhance accuracy and consistency Analyze monthly billing metrics and prepare reports to support operational initiatives and identify trends Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or healthcare preferred 5 - 8+ years of progressive billing or revenue cycle experience Experience with complex billing scenarios and process improvements Strong analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency Understanding of durable medical equipment and healthcare services industry preferred
