Senior Talent Assessment Analyst

A leading financial services company in McLean, Virginia is seeking a Principal Associate, Talent Assessment. In this role, you will analyze and develop selection strategies, communicating complex statistical results to diverse audiences while collaborating closely with HR and Talent Acquisition teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a Master's degree, and at least 2 years of experience in employee selection and data analysis.
