Strategic Benefits Specialist - 401(k) & Payroll
Premier Medical Resources
Premier Medical Resources is hiring a full-time Benefits Specialist for our Northwest Houston team. The role administers employee benefit and retirement programs, serves as a key resource on eligibility, enrollment, coverage, claims, and plan provisions.
Responsibilities include open enrollment coordination, invoices, ACA reporting, audits, and data reconciliation with carriers and payroll. Strong Excel and HRIS skills are essential for accurate benefits processing and reporting.
