Your day at a glance

You start your morning aligning with Project Originators and Developers on what’s ahead for our infrastructure portfolio. By midday, you’re refining logic ties in Primavera P6, validating resource loading, and pressure-testing the critical path. In the afternoon, you’re guiding a scheduling team through recovery options after a change event, then wrapping the day with clear status reporting to leadership on variances and risks. Repeat tomorrow—only smarter, because you’ve just improved the way we plan.

The role

As the Senior Project Controls and Scheduler for our Engineering and Construction Division, you’ll partner with Early-Stage Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Construction Managers to drive schedule excellence from early development through construction and closeout.

What you’ll lead

• Build, maintain, and track fully logic-linked project schedules in Primavera P6, from baseline through execution.
• Guide a team of schedulers and coordinate seamlessly across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver monthly reports that compare baselines to actuals, highlighting trends and performance.
• Execute CPM analyses, resource and cost loading, and detailed manpower modeling.
• Review schedule updates, quantify impacts, and craft data-driven recovery plans.
• Facilitate schedule reviews to align scope, constraints, and priorities across the project team.
• Communicate project status, variances, and risks with concise, executive-ready reporting.
• Advance process improvements that elevate schedule quality and drive reliable project delivery.
• Support the full lifecycle—from development to construction handover and closeout.

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills, is estimated to be $57-62/hr.
