Residential HVAC Installer

We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join a growing HVAC team. This is a hands-on position focused on installing, maintaining, and repairing residential heating and cooling systems while providing quality service to homeowners and working closely with other technicians and project teams. What You’ll Do Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems . Prepare job sites for HVAC installations and verify required electrical and plumbing connections. Diagnose system issues and perform necessary maintenance and repairs. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Work closely with project managers, contractors, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Ensure installations and repairs meet applicable HVAC codes, safety requirements, and company standards. Communicate professionally with homeowners and address questions or concerns regarding their HVAC systems. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good working condition. Follow all required safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized job site. Qualifications 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. HVAC technical certification, trade school, or apprenticeship is a plus. Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems. Experience installing and servicing furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and ductless equipment. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Knowledge of current HVAC codes, regulations, and industry standards. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds . Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods. Ability to safely work on ladders up to 30 feet .
