We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life. What you'll do As a caregiver, you will provide non-medical support services, including:Companionship and emotional supportLight housekeeping and meal preparationAssistance with bathing, grooming, and toiletingMedication reminders and mobility assistanceTransportation to appointments and errandsQualifications We are looking for individuals who are caring, reliable, and committed to providing exceptional care. Preferred qualifications include:CNA or HHA certification preferredMinimum of 6 months full-time or 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill individualsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportationValid driver's license and auto insurance if transporting clientsCurrent TB test documentationAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningPhysically able to perform caregiving dutiesAdditional consideration may be given to:Recently licensed CNAs or PCAsIndividuals with family caregiving experienceApplicants providing companionship and housekeeping services onlyThis position is classified as safety-sensitive and subject to applicable state and federal regulations.Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.BenefitsFlexible schedulingWorkers' compensation coverageLiability insurance coverageSupportive and respectful work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE)COVID-19 Policy COVID-19 vaccination is not currently required by HomeWell Care Services.
