A-Line Solutions is seeking a Fulfillment Center Pharmacist for a leading healthcare organization in Canal Winchester, Ohio . This is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Ohio Pharmacist looking to utilize their clinical expertise in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment while contributing to patient safety, prescription accuracy, and operational excellence.

Schedule

Rotating Schedule (5:45 PM – 1:45 AM)

Week 1

• Monday – Friday

Week 2

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Week 3

• Sunday – Thursday

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions and review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance.
• Review, interpret, and accurately dispense prescribed medications within pharmacy workflow processes.
• Support pharmacy operations, workflow efficiency, inventory management, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Utilize pharmacy technology systems for prescription fulfillment, inventory management, and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacy staff regarding policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA requirements.
• Collaborate with pharmacy peers and leadership to improve productivity, quality, and patient safety.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support prescription fulfillment activities.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active Ohio Pharmacist License required.
• Previous experience in retail pharmacy, mail-order pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, fulfillment center pharmacy, or pharmacy operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of prescription verification, medication dispensing, and pharmacy regulations.
• Experience working with pharmacy technology systems and workflow management tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Micro Fulfillment Center, Central Fill, Mail Order, or Specialty Pharmacy setting.
• Experience supporting pharmacy workflow optimization and operational improvements.
• Knowledge of inventory management and pharmacy quality assurance processes.
• Previous experience mentoring, coaching, or training pharmacy staff.
