salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Front-Desk Presence & Service: Serve as the welcoming face of the company, greeting visitors, receiving packages/mail, and managing front-office flow.
• Customer Support: Answer high-volume incoming phone calls, screen and route inquiries, resolve billing or order issues, and escalate complex concerns to Consumer Affairs as needed.
• Order & Logistics Administration: Perform daily data entry, track shipments, maintain Excel spreadsheets, and collaborate with internal Sales and Sales Admin teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with on-site team members and remote colleagues to maintain a smooth, supportive work environment.
