Job Description

Distribution Customer Service Representative- 1st Shift Hours: Sunday-Wednesday (6am-4:30pm) Pay: $18.50/hour Overview: We're hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our distribution team by processing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and providing excellent customer service. Job Duties: Process customer orders and respond to inquiries. Coordinate shipments and expedite urgent orders. Prepare shipping documents and verify invoices. Track shipments and provide customer updates. Maintain order, inventory, and account records. Communicate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely service. Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Basic typing and 10-key data entry skills. Experience with UPS/FedEx shipping software preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and overtime as needed.
