Role Overview We’re hiring a Mortgage Loan Officer to originate, structure, and close residential purchase loans while delivering an exceptional borrower and Realtor experience. This role reports to the Branch Managers and serves as a critical partner across Sales, Processing, and Operations, helping Best Interest scale responsibly while maintaining predictable execution and closing certainty. Loan Officers at Best Interest are not just salespeople — they are trusted advisors who own their pipeline, communicate proactively, and partner closely with operations to protect closing dates.
