** POSITION DETAILS **

Job Type: Full-Time | Work Setting: In-Office (On-site) | Location: Troy, Michigan, United States

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our Troy, Michigan headquarters. Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to the Troy, MI area.

In this role, you will guide borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing, helping them identify financing solutions that best meet their needs. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills, mortgage industry expertise, and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and other referral partners.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Consult with borrowers to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Educate clients on available loan products, financing options, and the mortgage process.
• Collect and review loan applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Guide borrowers from pre-approval through closing while providing timely communication and updates.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure efficient loan completion.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and company lending regulations and guidelines.
• Meet or exceed established production and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• Active NMLS license required.
• Previous mortgage loan origination experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting guidelines, and lending regulations.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
