Senior Director leading global procurement strategy, digital transformation, and process architecture for an orthopedics organization. Accountable for enterprise-wide Source-to-Pay capabilities, technology investment, and transformational programs driving value creation and operational excellence across multiple geographies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve global procurement digital strategy and strategic framework aligned with corporate priorities
- Own end-to-end process architecture for Source-to-Contract, Payments & Experience, and Spend Management
- Lead enterprise transformation programs delivering automation, standardization, and superior user experience
- Manage procurement technology investment portfolio with disciplined ROI accountability
- Drive global deployment and adoption of standardized procurement processes across geographies and business units
Requirements
- Strategic leadership experience in procurement transformation and digital enablement
- Demonstrated expertise in global process architecture and Source-to-Pay ecosystem
- Track record managing large technology budgets and enterprise transformation programs
- Strong background in third-party risk management and compliance governance
- Experience leading organizational change and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Proficiency in data analytics, automation, and emerging technologies in procurement
