Senior Finance Director, DS Trauma, Orthopedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Finance Director to lead financial strategy and execution for the global Trauma business within DePuy Synthes. This role is based in New Jersey or Pennsylvania and involves directing financial planning, forecasting, risk management, and leading a finance team.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and execution for the global Trauma business unit
- Develop business plans, forecasts, and performance analytics for senior leadership
- Evaluate business development opportunities and influence pricing and deal economics
- Lead, engage, and develop the Trauma finance team as a key member of leadership
- Optimize inventory management, reserves, instruments, and capital deployment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA, CPA, CMA preferred
- Minimum 12 years of finance business experience with strong technical capabilities
- Proven people management experience leading high-performing teams
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to translate financial insights into clear business actions
- Digital fluency with data analytics and business transformation tools
