Director EPM, Finance Tech

Director-level business product owner for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) technology supporting DePuy Synthes Orthopedics finance operations. Leads a team of six while overseeing product vision, technology transition, user adoption, and integration between finance stakeholders, global process owners, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Business Product Owner for Orthopedics EPM, accountable for product vision and business outcomes
- Lead team of six direct reports; build product, process and support capabilities with clear accountability
- Interface between Global Process Owner team, finance users, and IT to align priorities and requirements
- Define service levels, escalation paths, and technology availability; monitor incidents and business continuity
- Drive EPM platform transition from Anaplan Bridge to end-state solution and establish sustainable support model
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
- 10–12 years progressive experience in enterprise finance technology roles (EPM, planning, forecasting, transformation)
- Demonstrated people-leadership experience managing managers and senior professionals
- Deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into product capabilities and technology roadmaps
- Experience managing large-scale technology transitions and supporting multiple stakeholder groups
