Manager, Finance (A2R and P2P)

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes seeks a Manager of Finance Technology to oversee Account-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay solutions using SAP platforms. The role involves product strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements across enterprise finance systems.
Responsibilities
- Deliver SAP Finance A2R and P2P product areas with minimal supervision
- Translate product roadmap features into requirements, user stories, and functional specifications
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver reliable, scalable solutions
- Analyze configuration and testing procedures to resolve complex issues and document findings
- Coordinate release planning, testing cycles, and defect resolution with platform teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 6+ years experience in finance, accounting, or ERP systems focused on P2P and A2R
- Extensive SAP Finance expertise including GL, close, consolidation, fixed assets, costing
- Proven experience leading ERP integrations with procurement, supplier, tax, and payment solutions
- Strong knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, audit, and security standards
- Experience defining finance technology strategies supporting business growth and ERP transformation
- Demonstrated success managing technology vendors and stakeholders in global environments
